At a traffic signal one can expect two kinds of beggars. Type-1 have nothing to wear and eat, Type-2 have government uniform. Type-1 runs around your vehicles while vehicles runs around Type-2. Type –1 deals in multiples of 50 Paise, Type-2 deals in multiples of 50 Rs.
Hats off to our traffic police wallas….Corruption at its best.
