and again!!!

I was supposed to visit Gwalior in these days. Somehow things didn't materialize and Anurag was elated for obvious reasons.

So, this time we will be celebrating our holi at a very special place. This time the destination is Ganpatipule, one of the only two white sand beaches in Maharashtra (other being Kashid Beach). Ganpatipule is 375 odd kms from Mumbai. So, the to and fro journey will be more than 750 kms! As always, we are three in number. Anurag, Highway star & yours truely.

This will be our fourth tour on bike after 1. Murud/Janzira via Alibagh 2. Lonavala 3. Mahabaleshwar / Panchgani.

I know it will be hot out there on the road and humid at the beach. But who cares as long as we are enjoying our ride! Like every other trip, we are too lazy to book any sort of accomodation there. So, it will be another hunt for the hotel once we reach there. I have been assigned to find the road map to the GP but i have not been successful till now to get a decent one online!

We will leave very early in the morning (or night?) at 5:30 am(god help me here...) tomorrow to avoid the traffic and to reduce the total tanning time in sun.

This will be my first experience of playing holi in the midst of sea waves! Too excited to write anything more...
